There will be a public information session on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 625 Mary Street, Clayton, NY 13624, regarding the Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) method of billing.  A summary of the presentation on June 14, 2010 by Carrie Tuttle, Engineering Consultant, will be available.  A question-and-answer session will be opened until the start of the regular Village Board meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The public hearing for Local Law #2 and Local Law #3 of 2010 regarding water and sewer billing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2010 at the Municipal Building, 425 Mary Street, Clayton, NY.

Prior to the public hearing, an information session will be held at 6:00 p.m.  A summary of the presentation on June 14, 2010 by Carrie Tuttle, Engineering Consultant, will be read.  A Q&A session will follow.

The draft local laws and the Table of Equivalent Dwelling Units may be viewed at the Village Clerk's office or by clicking on the links.

We have made several additions to our website in the past few weeks.  You can now access copies of our Annual Water Quality Report (AWQR), browse our Asset Management Plan, or take a look at our financial reporting.  New pages appear on the menu.

The Flag Flying Info menu lists the dates and for whom flags fly at half-staff.  We keep this updated whenever the Governor issues an order.

The Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, June 14, 2010, on Local Laws #2 (SEWER) and #3 (WATER) of 2010 has been CANCELLED as the laws are not yet ready for the public's consideration.  The Public Hearing will be rescheduled when the draft laws have been completed.
